We collect information necessary to provide SaaS educational management services, including institution contact details, administrator accounts, student demographic data, and attendance records submitted by authorized school users.
Collected data is strictly used to deliver core platform functionalities (academic transcripts, attendance tracking, fee invoicing, and LMS delivery). We do not sell or monetize student data.
Student records are logically isolated per institution using tenant boundaries and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
